Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of applicable holidays. All items are shipped to your curbside. Curbside Delivery is a few feet past the rear of the delivery truck. For fastest delivery, some products may be shipped to you from separate locations and in separate boxes. Delivery times may vary, but we normal delivery dates are from 1 - 3 weeks for instock items. Delivery dates may change due to the following (but not limited to) weather, unexpected issues with transportation vehicle, order delivered to rural location. Special orders delivery dates will be noted in detail for each individual product under the product details sections for each custom product. For out of stock items ShoppingStock, Inc will notify customer of expected arrival date of merchandise and ETA shipment date. After order is placed you will be notified via contact information you posted at time of order by our shipping department. Once the delivery schedule is confirmed you will be notified of shipment date and shipping hours window "and" or will be emailed tracking# of order. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "product damaged" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
Truck Freight: Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier. Therefore, our best option is to ship it to you using a common carrier. Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Truck Freight Threshold: This method is just like "Truck Freight - Back of Truck" , only the truck freight company will deliver your order to the threshold if yours is a residential delivery (this means to your garage or front door), or to the loading dock if yours is a commercial delivery. The Freight Company is responsible for unloading the truck.
White Glove Service: This service includes drop of merchandise in room of choice. Installation and setup of merchandise. Clean up of all boxes and trash.
Unfortunately, they are not authorized to perform any assembly services (except for white glove service) nor can they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.
For all shipping outside of the United States (i.e. Canada or Mexico) customer will be responsible for all custom cleareance and import taxes based on the Incoterms DAP guidelines. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur at customs or any additional fees that may occur. To learn more about this please research Incoterms for your specific customs guidelines.
